What it is
Every look is a software setting.
A permanent LED lighting system is a continuous run of individually addressable LED pucks or diodes seated inside a low-profile track, mounted along the fascia or roofline edge. Rather than swapping strands each season, the track stays in place year-round and changes what it shows through software.

Control
Everything runs from an app: preset scenes (warm white, full holiday color, team colors, custom palettes), schedules tied to sunset/sunrise, and one-off overrides for a specific night.
Install method
Our installer measures the roofline at your property, runs low-voltage wiring to a concealed power point, and mounts the track so it sits tight against the fascia — visible as a clean line by day, invisible until it's lit.

Compatibility
The track mounts to standard fascia and gutter-line profiles found on most residential homes, which covers the large majority of rooflines across our service area.
Homes with unusual trim — metal roofing, deep historic eaves, or non-standard gutter systems — can often still take the system, but the mounting approach gets planned specifically for that roofline rather than assumed from a standard install.

Maintenance
Because the track stays outdoors year-round rather than being handled and stored seasonally, ongoing maintenance is minimal — mostly software updates delivered through the app and the occasional individual-diode check if something in the run stops responding.
There's no annual re-hang, no strand to inspect for storage damage, and no ladder trip required to check on it between seasons.

Is a permanent lighting system the same as string lights left up all year?
No. The track is a dedicated low-voltage fixture designed to stay outdoors year-round, not a seasonal strand repurposed for permanent use. It's rated and mounted differently.
Can the system match my trim or gutter color?
The track is color-matched to your trim during the design step, so by day it reads as a clean architectural line rather than a visible light fixture.
How many colors can it show?
The system supports a full color range plus preset scenes (warm white, holiday palettes, custom combinations), all switched from the companion app.
Does the system need Wi-Fi to work?
The control hub needs a Wi-Fi connection to receive app commands and run scheduled scenes. Without a connection, the system holds its last set scene rather than going dark.
What roofline types can the track mount to?
The track is designed to mount along standard fascia and gutter-line profiles found on most residential rooflines. Unusual profiles — metal roofing, deep historic eaves, or non-standard trim — are assessed at the consult before a mounting plan is finalized.
