Lighting concepts on rendered homes. Every image on this site is a lighting concept on a rendered home, not a photo of a customer's house.

Never on your house from a photo. A picture of your roofline with our lights pasted on would be a guess. We come out, measure your roofline and quote it instead.

Warm white by default. Control permanent lighting colors and schedules from your phone.

The estimate visit

Every project starts with a free estimate visit. You walk the property with us, talk through the options that fit your roofline, and see how the finished look comes together before anything is quoted. Nothing is quoted sight-unseen.

The process

Every step, named up front

Design, install, walkthrough, and, for holiday lighting, scheduled takedown and storage. Nothing happens off-script. See the full breakdown on the our process page.

Install day

The install standard

Track mounts to the fascia with sealed fasteners.
Nothing through the roof deck, nothing stapled to siding.
Cleanup before we leave, walkthrough once it is dark.

Coverage

5-year service warranty, 30-year manufacturer warranty

Your system carries a 5-year service warranty from GROOVEE. The lighting hardware carries its own 30-year manufacturer warranty.
